Your certificate of completion is automatically sent to the AHJ on the following schedule.

Alabama - HVAC - Every Monday - However, It may take as long as 14 business days for the department to upload your course completion information to the data base.

Alaska -Mechanical Administrators - Student to send in a copy of the Certificate of Completion with their renewal.

Montana
Electrical - Classes finished by Sunday night are uploaded Tuesday of each week.
Plumbers - Classes finished by Sunday night are uploaded Tuesday of each week.

Oregon
Plumbers - Following business day
Electrical - Following business day

Washington
Electrical - Classes finished by Sunday night are uploaded Tuesday of each week.
Plumbers - Following business day.

NEW Mexico - Student to send in a copy of the Certificate of Completion with their renewal.
