Completion/Contacting AHJ
1. Do I need any special program to download and view or print my certificate?
Yes, you will need a program that can open PDF or Microsoft Word files. "Adobe PDF Reader" is a free program and is 100% accurate so just search Google or Bing. Microsoft Word is another program that you may use to open up your files. Unfortunately, this program isn't free and can be purchase by Microsoft through their online store.
2. How do I get a copy of my certificate, or if I misplaced my certificate of completion and need to get a replacement?

3. I logged back in but the status page doesn't show that I completed my course(s), what do I do?
If you are one of the 1% AnytimeCE students who has experienced this issue, please send us an email with a short description explaining that you have completed a course(s), but your status page doesn’t show it. We will contact you by the next business day.
4. My license number is incorrect, how can I fix it?
If an incorrect license number was mistakenly used, you will need to submit a form with your current tradesman license number. The form can be found by Clicking Here. We will contact you within 24 hours after you have submitted the form. We will need your credit card information because we then have to manually enter in each course. There is a $25 service charge per course. On your next license cycle, please register as a new student to help AnytimeCE maintain its smooth transactions.
5. When I downloaded and printed my certificate, my name, the course number or something else is wrong or missing, what do I do?
Please send us an email with a short description of your problem, and our tech support will get back to you within the next 24 hours.
6. I have some great ideas for other courses, how can I let AnytimeCE know about these?
Please send us your ideas and comments by filling in the feedback form when you download your certificate.
7. How and when is the licensing agency contacted once I finish a course?
AnytimeCE has automated the reporting of completed courses with the following schedule. Click Here to view a schedule of when AnytimeCE reports your completed course to the AHJ. In the unlikely event that you used an incorrect license number, your CEU information could not be uploaded to the AHJ. If this happened, AnytimeCE then contracts with a third party to correct and upload corrected continuing education rosters to the AHJ. This third party bills AnytimeCE a $25 SERVICE CHARGE per course which we will need to collect from you. If you have used an incorrect license number, be sure that when you take future courses from AnytimeCE, that you register as a NEW STUDENT using your correct license number as your new ID.
8. I looked on the state's website and it doesn't show that I completed the course, what happened?
Time Delay: There is a time delay anywhere from 1 to 20 days after you have completed a course, before it appears on your state's website. Even though AnytimeCE promptly submits class rosters to the AHJ, it may take some time for the information to be uploaded on their end.
Incorrect License Number: An incorrect license number might have been entered into the student registration form. The AHJ doesn’t correct your license number and you do not receive acknowledgement of your course completion. If an incorrect license number is entered when registered, AnytimeCE will need to manually upload your courses. This will require a service charge of $25 per course that will be billed to the student.
9. Do I need a printed copy of my certificate when I renew my license?
No, you do not need a printed copy of your certificate when renewing your license. Most AHJ agencies will not accept certificates from students for verification purposes. However, it is a good idea to have a printed copy of each course you complete for verification if your account manages to reset itself.
10. I bought a course, then I took it later, and found out that it had expired and that the AHJ would not accept it for my CEUs, what can I do?
In the first sentence of the course description page, you will find the course name, number of credit hours, the type of credit, and the expiration date of the course. If you manage to take a course after its expiration date, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. The person who is purchasing the course needs to understand that certain things can’t last forever, just like CEUs, as you all should know. Courses that have expired will be removed from your account, immediately, with no exceptions.
11. How can I check my course history?
Just log in as you would normally do, and scroll down to view your completed courses.
12. I have completed a course, can I go back and review it?
You will not be able to review a course after it has been completed and sent to the AHJ.
13. My license is expiring! I need an immediate upload.
We will gladly do an immediate upload for you. You will need to submit a form with your current tradesman license number. The form can be found by Clicking Here. Our tech support will respond as soon as we can.
