Viewing Problems
1. I'm able to view the course on my home computer, but not at the office, what's the problem?
Make sure your employer is not running a web proxy or has a firewall that is preventing access to our site. If your employer's system has a web proxy, it will control web access to the Internet. This can block your browser at the office from reaching our server. Either ask you employer to add "" to the accepted list, or use your home computer to take our courses.
2. My computer starts to load the course, but an error message comes up which states to clear the computer cache, what is this?
We have found that this message is usually generated because your available cache has been filled. Please clear your browser cache before continuing. The following is a step by step procedure to use to clear your internet cache:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools in the top menu bar option.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. In the middle of the General tab, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet files section.
  4. Check the box that opens with the instruction, Delete all off line content.
  5. Click OK in the Delete Files box.
  6. Click OK in the Internet Options box to complete the process.
3. It takes forever to download a page. Is there any way to speed up the download?
If you are using a dial up connection as your internet, your connection will be slow, and it will take longer to download the pictures. We suggest that you visit a public library, or use a friend’s computer that has a cable or fiber optic connection.
4. I want to review different sections or chapters of a course. How do I do it?
Within each chapter or section of a course, there is a Next and a Back button. You can freely move backward and forward within the chapter to review and answer the test questions. After completing a quiz, you will be forwarded to the next chapter, and you will not be able to go back to the previous chapter.
5. I logged back into my status page and it does not accurately reflect what I have completed or the page I am on.
The page might have been bookmarked. Be sure not to bookmark any AnytimeCE course or status pages in your browser or a browser incompatibility problem will arise. If the correct page or completion status doesn’t show, send us an email with a short explanation, so that we can re-set you to the correct page, or have your completed course sent to the AHJ.
